TenantOps serves exclusively as a neutral, third-party platform for crowdsourced data. We do not edit, endorse, or verify the subjective opinions of users. TenantOps is an independent entity and is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any property management company, landlord, or real estate corporation.

2. Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act

TenantOps operates as an "Interactive Computer Service" as defined by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). TenantOps is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider. TenantOps bears no legal liability or responsibility for any user-generated content, reviews, photographs, or reports published on the platform by its users.

3. User Responsibilities & Truthfulness

By submitting a report, you legally agree that:

• All statements you make are truthful facts based on your direct experience.
• The evidence provided (photos, documents) accurately represents the condition of the property during your tenure.
• You are solely legally responsible for the content you publish.
