[VERIFIED WARNING - RKAK]: Do not rent from them. Disputed my deposit for over 3 months, they stopped answering emails.

[VERIFIED WARNING - Enclave]: Rent hikes are insane. Also they implemented RUBS (utility billing) halfway through my lease without warning. Super aggressive move-out fees.

[VERIFIED WARNING - Orange Property Management]: They will take every dime of your security deposit when you move out. Tried to charge me for painting when I only lived there 6 months.

[VERIFIED WARNING - Housing Hub]: Beware of hidden fees! They tacked on so many random administrative and utility charges that my rent effectively increased by 20%.

[VERIFIED WARNING - Sela Investments]: Maintenance is a joke. Had a leak in my ceiling that took them a month to even look at. Water damage everywhere.

[VERIFIED WARNING - Mint Properties]: Absolute worst communication. They ignore maintenance requests for weeks and never answer the phone.

🚨 MAJOR LEGAL ENFORCEMENT: Lloyd Companies - Smith v. Lagow Construction & Lloyd Property Management (SD Supreme Court).
