1. Uncompromising Renter Anonymity
Your identity is our highest priority. We explicitly separate your authenticated user identity (email/password) from your public reports. Landlords, property managers, and the public will never see your name or email address. Your reports are linked only to an anonymized cryptographic UUID in our database.
2. Local EXIF Metadata Scrubbing
Modern smartphone photos contain hidden EXIF metadata (exact GPS coordinates of where you took the photo, the exact timestamp, and the device serial number).
Before any image file ever leaves your device or hits our servers, TenantOps utilizes local browser-based compression algorithms to completely scrub and destroy all EXIF metadata.
3. Data Security & Storage
All user passwords and authentication tokens are secured via industry-standard hashing protocols handled by Supabase. TenantOps does not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers or property management aggregators.
