To the next unsuspecting tenant, the building looks like a fresh start.

The GPS Solution

You can change a corporate name for $50, but you cannot change latitude and longitude. TenantOps is a neutral, crowdsourced ledger tied directly to physical GPS coordinates.

By anchoring tenant evidence (utility bills, mold photos, unreturned deposit logs) directly to the unchangeable geographic location of the property, we permanently expose the history of the building, regardless of who claims to own it today.
